Your core conversation is between you and yourself, helping to strengthen your mind and beliefs. Your Core message is what you are expressing out into the world: the things that shake you to the core. Sometimes these conversations and messages get dull as we lose ourselves in life’s challenges. With a true understanding of ‘Core Integration’ in all that you do, you’ll start to move, live, feel, love and speak differently.

Our winning combination of incredible Core Strength Vinyasa classes, specially designed workouts, menus, nutrition and well-being workshops will strengthen your connection to yourself and your core power.

The retreat begins at 4pm on Friday and we conclude on Monday by 10am after breakfast.

We have created a delicious digestive-boosting, belly-blasting menu that will be prepared by our talented and passionate chef from the freshest ingredients. Every single meal designed to give you a nutritional lift whilst keeping your blood sugar balanced and metabolism burning brightly.

Herbal teas, infused waters from our very own spring and fresh organic fruit available throughout the day.
Breakfast: Omega Power Smoothie, Fresh, Organic Duck Eggs, Blueberry Superfood Crumble with Coconut Vanilla Cream, Ginger & Turmeric Chai Tea.
Lunch: Miso Soup, Carrie’s revamped Greek Salad, Fresh Hummus, Tabouleh, Organic Greens, Vine-ripened Tomatoes with Basil, Oatcakes & Low GI bread.
