This is a workshop to help you connect with and express who you really are. To do away with the labels that hold you back and move forward with love, courage and self belief.

RETREAT DESCRIPTION & DAILY SCHEDULE SAMPLE
Women spend a lifetime juggling many roles, yet we often don’t trust the wisdom that comes with that experience. In doing so, we hold ourselves back from being the the powerful truth speakers we are and offering our unique contribution to the world.
Through a mixture of writing, voice work, movement, meditation and healing touch we will spend the weekend exploring the blocks that limit our creative energy and self expression.
Sarah Kee, a qualified counsellor working in the NHS, specialises in how trauma is held in the body. She worked for many years with women in indigenous communities to help them express themselves and the struggles they have gone through. She now juggles her many roles as mother, partner, therapist and five rhythms enthusiast.
Francesca Price is a communications specialist, who now works with the environmental sector to bring their messages to a wider audience. She has been a journalist, writer, broadcaster and public relations manager and loves helping women hone their stories. She is also a keen wild swimmer.
Sarah and Francesca look forward to welcoming you for a weekend of exploration, relaxation and affirmation.
DAILY SCHEDULE SAMPLE
Take your time to arrive but don’t miss out on Carrie’s delicious treats. All the food for the weekend will be provided but we try to make sure that it is as nutritious and nourishing as possible.
|5 – 6.30pm||Introductions and Opening Meditation
Join Sarah, Fran and Leonie in the studio as we unwind from our journeys and relax into the weekend.
|7.30 – 8.30 pm||Dinner in the House.|
Leonie and Brigid will lead you on a walking meditation around the property.
Join us in the kitchen for a delicious start to the weekend. Please note there will be no coffee available. We encourage you to go without this weekend but you are welcome to bring your own.
|10 am||Morning Workshop with Sarah and Fran.|
After lunch, we would like you to reflect on the morning’s exercises and do any homework that has been suggested. This is also time to have any treatments you have booked – massage or therapy – or to just relax with a good book.
|4.00pm||To loosen up your creative juices and get your self expression flowing, we are going to get the bodies moving. Join us for an hour of yoga/dance|
