we’ll strike the balance between doing and being. We’ll explore the wonderful world of energy to create more ease, more abundance and more fun!

DAILY SCHEDULE SAMPLE
In the mornings you will be expertly guided through Transformational Core Strength Yoga workshops designed specifically to energise, create heat and set the intention for positive change. Our afternoon sessions will mellow into Blissful Yin Yoga, Pranayama & Relaxation where we practice the art of being and creating space for ourselves.
In between there will be an energy healing workshop for those that wish to join and divine treatments to treat yourself with.
You’ll enjoy delicious healthy food with a gentle Ayurvedic influence that will help nurture and rebalance your system.

The retreat begins at 4pm on Friday and we conclude on Monday at 1.30pm after a special departure day brunch

FIRST FLOOR MAIN HOUSE
The Principal Room – a gorgeous room with a four poster bed, beautiful views and a large pewter bath that once belonged to the Kennedy’s
The Parisian – a stylish room that can be a twin or king sized bed and bathroom with shower and bath
The Garden Room – with a queen sized brass bed, garden views and a roll-top bath
The Peacock Room – a pretty double room with lovely views and beautiful ensuite
SECOND FLOOR MAIN HOUSE
The White Room – a peaceful room with gorgeous views and bath which can be offered as a twin room or superking sized bed
The Cherry Room – a stylish ensuite room that can be offered as a queen sized bed or twin room
The Princess Room – a spacious room with a huge bed fit for a princess
The Cobbled Room – a special room complete with cobbled floor and large ensuite with roll-top bath
The Studio – a separate studio suitable for 4 or 5 people. Bottom floor features twin beds, bathroom and kitchenette, top floor features a king sized bed, bathroom and a roof top bath.

We have created a very special menu for this retreat using the freshest ingredients possible whilst honouring the principles of Ayurvedic Nutrition.

Herbal teas, infused waters from our very own spring, and fresh organic fruit available throughout the day.
Early morning: Warming Morning Zest Smoothie
Breakfast: Ayurvedic Spiced Oats with Coconut Date Cream, Raw Honey & 5 Seed Topping, Organic Duck Eggs, Chai Tea.
Lunch: Spiced Pumpkin & Coconut Soup, Wilted Green Salad with pine nuts and goats cheese, Freshly Baked Spelt Bread.
Afternoon Tea: Baked Apples with cinnamon, cranberries and vegan vanilla custard
Dinner: Slow-Roasted Roots, Aromatic Basmati Rice, Chickpea Curry, Lamb Curry, Wilted Organic Greens.
*Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores catered for at every meal
