Can I chat to somebody to discuss which retreat is most suitable for me?

Absolutely! To discuss the retreat, teacher trainings, yoga or any health concerns, please call Anya on 07710 258 673258.  For accommodation, venue or general enquiries please call Leonie on 07974 385 842.

Do I need to have experience to come on a retreat?

You do not need to have had any experience in yoga to attend our retreats.  In fact, we often have complete beginners and seasoned practitioners attending the same retreat and everyone has the time of their lives.  All the classes are designed to accommodate all levels.

I have dietary requirements: can you cater for me?

Our talented chef can accommodate all dietary needs. Please just make sure you let us know beforehand of any dietary requirements you have.

Do I need my own yoga mat?

Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat. We also have additional mats and other yoga equipment available.

Do people come alone?

Yes, people attend our retreats on their own. This is a great opportunity to make new friends or simply escape everyday life.

I’m coming alone but I’m happy to share a room, can you organise this?

We cannot guarantee this but we’ll try our best to match you up with a shared roommate.

How many people will there be on the retreat?

There are generally between 12 and 18 people on a retreat.

I went to a health farm once and it was very strict in terms of food and exercise. Will the retreat be like this?

Not at all. We want you to get the most out of the retreat so please feel free to make it your own and go at a pace which feels right for you.

Will the food be satisfying and sufficient?

We pride ourselves on providing an abundance of healthy food so you will not go hungry on our retreats; the meals are nourishing and served often enough that you should feel satisfied.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Occasionally we allow a very well-behaved dog to attend the retreat. Please contact us if you feel that your dog might fit the bill!

Are there any additional costs?

Everything is included on your retreat other than additional treatments which you may want to book.

Is there a spa or treatments that I can book during my stay?
