Yoga Classes
Weekly in-person Yoga Classes every Thursday at 6pm & 7.30pm | Location: The Old Rectory, Chulmleigh (Devon)
6pm – Gentle Yoga (In Person)
A gentle, slow yoga class for ‘everyone’ and great if you are looking to ‘get back into yoga’ or new to yoga. Movement is ‘medicine’ for the body, it releases tension, builds mobility and strength while calming the nervous system and feels good! Come & learn more about the benefits of yoga, explore different styles, from breath work, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. No experience needed and equipment provided. BOOK HERE
7.30pm – Yin Yang Flow (In Person)
This fun evening Yoga session is a mix of Yin and Yang style to revitalise the mind, body and soul! A relaxing and energising practice designed to build core strength, improve balance and mobility. The mix and ‘grounding’ in between energetic movement, allows the body to absorb all the benefits from your flow. A great practice at the end of the day, to shake off the week and settle the mind. More suited to those who have done yoga before or exercise regularly because it is more energetic (but everyone is welcome!) BOOK HERE


Online Weekly Yoga Classes
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday (via Zoom)
Online Yoga and Breath work classes to suit everyone – Various times, styles and levels to suit all, from early morning 6.45am (15-30mins) to daytime and evening sessions (up to 60mins) Check out these great classes online (link below), focusing on strengthening your core, mobility and all round strength and well-being. If you want to learn, or deepen your practice, all of our teachers are highly skilled intuitive and friendly with over 20+ years experience.

Amanda is our resident Devon Yoga Teacher (Wild & Free Advenutures) she also offers Surf & Yoga Retreats in Cornwall, Devon and abroad (Morocco, Portugal, Sri Lanka). The Art Of Touch Workshops with Leonie
Location: Devon/ Cornwall
Leonie offers workshops to explore the powerful effects and the ‘art of touch’ on retreats via private groups or 1 to 1 sessions. Having worked in the healing arts for many years and trained in Easlen massage, Leonie is passionate about sharing her experience and techniques, to build confidence through the natural healing form of ‘touch’. It builds connection in a world where touch has become a ‘grey area’ and isn’t used enough. These workshops are available to everyone and a great addition to any Retreat. Leonie also loves working with yoga teachers to share the subtle yet powerful ways to introduce ‘touch’ in yoga sessions whether that be a yoga flow class (with ‘hands on adjust’) or as part of relaxing and restorative session like Yoga Nidra.

YOGA NIDRA SESSIONS AVAILABLE WITH LEONIE, ANYA AND AMANDA
Location: Devon/ Cornwall (and online)
Experience one hour of Yoga Nidra, a profound form of yoga in which you will learn how to relax consciously and train your mind with the guidance of ‘Sankalpa”. Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word, and is an important stage of Yoga Nidra that can be a powerful method of re shaping your personality and direction in life along the positive lines. This class will be followed by a cacao ritual where you will be encouraged to strengthen the affirmation of your “Sankalpa”. This is a guided meditation and the equivalent of 2hrs deep sleep and can be practiced at any point of the day. We recommend in person but offer online sessions also.


MONTHLY SPECIALS
Location: Devon/ Cornwall (and online)
Relax, unwind, restore balance and regulate your nervous system. Experience our Yin & Restore Monthly Specials with Amanda in Devon We recommend in person but offer online sessions also.
This is a deeply relaxing 2hrs session where we explore how to regulate (and calm) the nervous system through different yoga practices. From Yin Yoga (deep slow stretches), to unwind and discharge tension in the body, to slower movements or ‘still’ and ‘meditative’ practices like Somatics movement, Restorative Yoga and Nidra. To leave you feeling lighter, calmer and balanced.
